Leslie has been part of the drawchange community since 2022 and currently serves as Development and Operations Associate. She began as an Art Camp intern and later supported the organization in administrative and communications roles before joining the team full time. With a background in psychology and a deep appreciation for art rooted in her Mexican heritage, Leslie believes strongly in the grounding and empowering role creativity can play in children’s lives. In her current role, she supports daily operations, manages staff and interns, and helps build systems that strengthen donor relationships and long-term sustainability.
